Signature Jewellers does not currently offer e-commerce or direct online checkout through this website. All purchases are completed in store.

4. Product Availability & Pricing
Our inventory is constantly changing. Jewellery, watches, accessories, and other pieces shown on the website may no longer be available at the time of inquiry or visit.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. While we do our best to ensure website information is accurate and up to date, Signature Jewellers does not guarantee that all product details, availability, or pricing listed online will be current at all times.

5. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through Signature Jewellers are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact our team directly so we can review the matter with you.
6. Warranty on New Purchases
Signature Jewellers offers a one-year warranty on diamond replacement for eligible new purchases.
This warranty applies to new purchases only and does not apply to repairs, previously owned items, customer-owned jewellery, custom work after final approval, or damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or third-party work performed outside of Signature Jewellers.
Warranty eligibility is reviewed at the discretion of Signature Jewellers.

7. Jewellery Repairs
Signature Jewellers offers jewellery repair services, including same-day repairs where available. Repair timelines provided by our team are guaranteed unless otherwise discussed with the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when leaving items for repair.
If damage occurs during a repair, Signature Jewellers will ensure the damage is repaired. Older, worn, delicate, antique, or fine jewellery may carry additional risk during repair due to the existing condition of the piece. Our team will do our best to assess and handle each item with care.

8. Repair Pick-Up Policy
Completed repairs must be picked up within 30 days of completion.
Signature Jewellers will make reasonable efforts to contact customers when a repair is complete. Customers are responsible for picking up their items within the stated timeframe. Items left beyond this period may be subject to follow-up communication and additional handling or storage considerations at the discretion of Signature Jewellers.

9. Custom Jewellery
Custom jewellery projects require a 15% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
The deposit secures the custom design process, materials, and production planning. Once a custom piece is approved by the client and the remaining balance is paid, the piece is considered final sale.
Custom pieces cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned once approved and completed.

10. Custom Piece Pick-Up Policy
Completed custom pieces must be picked up within 30 days of completion.
Signature Jewellers will notify the customer once the piece is ready. Customers are responsible for completing payment, if applicable, and picking up the piece within the required timeframe.

11. Cleaning & Polishing Services
Signature Jewellers offers jewellery cleaning and polishing services. Results may vary depending on the age, material, condition, and previous wear of the item.
Our team will take reasonable care when handling customer-owned jewellery. However, some older or delicate pieces may have existing wear, loose stones, weakened settings, or other vulnerabilities that become more visible during cleaning or polishing.

12. Gold Buying
Signature Jewellers buys gold for cash in store.
Customers selling gold must present valid government-issued identification. Customers must be 19 years of age or older to sell gold to Signature Jewellers.
By selling gold or other items to Signature Jewellers, the customer confirms that they are the lawful owner of the item and that the item is not stolen, borrowed, financed, or otherwise subject to a third-party claim.
Signature Jewellers reserves the right to refuse any gold-buying transaction at its discretion.

13. Evaluations & Offers
Gold evaluations and purchase offers are based on factors such as weight, purity, condition, current market value, and the assessment completed by our team.
Any offer provided by Signature Jewellers is subject to change and is not guaranteed unless accepted and completed at the time of evaluation.
14. Customer-Owned Items
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any jewellery, gold, stones, watches, or personal items brought to Signature Jewellers are legally owned by them and accurately represented.
Signature Jewellers is not responsible for undisclosed issues, prior damage, weakened settings, hidden defects, or previous work completed by another jeweller that may affect the condition or repairability of an item.
15. Website Images & Descriptions
We make every effort to display jewellery and product information as accurately as possible. However, images, colours, scale, gemstone appearance, metal finish, and product details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and availability.
Website images and descriptions are provided for general reference only and may not represent the exact current in-store inventory.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Jewellers HFX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on website information, product availability, service delays, or customer decisions made based on website content.
