Born and raised in Halifax, Travis has spent over a decade in the jewellery industry, building a deep respect for craftsmanship, quality, and pieces made to last.

In 2019, he founded Tri City Gold, one of Halifax’s first urban-inspired jewellery stores. As the business evolved, so did the vision, leading to its next chapter: Signature Jewellers. Now rebranded, Signature Jewellers is rooted in the same foundation: honest service, trusted expertise, skilled craftsmanship, and long-term value.

For Travis, it’s about more than jewellery. It’s about integrity, community, and helping every client feel confident in what they choose.

Joel is a master goldsmith with over 45 years of experience, first introduced to the craft by his father at 11 years old. Originally from Mexico, he went on to work in New York, including time with Tiffany & Co., before continuing his career across Canada with respected jewellers.

He specializes in repairs, diamond setting, resizing, custom work, cleaning, and polishing, bringing precision and care to every piece.

At Signature Jewellers, Joel continues doing what he loves most: working hands-on and helping clients restore, refine, and create meaningful jewellery.
